Required Enrollment Documents

To complete your child’s admission at Galaxy International Preschool, we kindly request parents to submit the following documents. Our team will guide you at every step to make the process simple and hassle-free.

  • Child’s Birth Certificate (Government issued)
  • Passport-size Photographs of the child
  • Parent / Guardian ID Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport)
  • Address Proof
  • Medical History (if any) – allergies or special medical needs
